Michael Giuliani, Managing Partner
Hover Chao, Managing Partner
Hover began his career in the Finance Industry over 20 years ago working with TD Bank and then Canaccord. He obtained his Mortgage Brokers license in 2004 and has been working in the industry since.

His area of expertise is in Private Lending. He enjoys the challenge of getting the hard deals done as well as helping out colleagues with their own deals. Hover’s dedication to professionalism and his relationships with the Alternative Lenders are first class. He will always pick-up his phone and be willing to help out. Hover can provide service in English as well as Mandarin.
Joshua Liberman, Managing Partner
Joshua Liberman, founder of Verifund Capital Inc., works closely with Verifund’s investor and borrowing clients. For almost 30 years, he has been in the financial services and real estate development sectors focusing on private lending.

Prior to Verivest and Verifund, he held Vice-President positions with Tri City Mortgage Fund and Bancorp Financial Services Inc., the latter of which managed portfolios in excess of $550 million in assets. His lending experience spans all areas of real estate including office, mixed-use, multi-family, complex high-end residential, land assembly, development, interim, debt restructuring, debtor-in-possession, multi-faceted portfolios, portfolio purchases/negotiation (properties and loans), industrial, and various commercial.
